Changing Your Outlook Signature

The program that automatically adds the Panorama default signature to your computer locks the ability to edit the signature after Outlook has been open for 10 minutes. Prior to running through these steps, please restart Outlook.
1. Click on File followed by Options



2. In the new window select Mail from the left-hand sidebar.


3. Select Signatures.


4. Edit the Signature, as desired, and then click Save, followed by OK and OK.



If you have a draft email currently open, the signature will not automatically update. Close the draft and start a new message for the signature changes to take effect.
