Making Phone Calls on the Resort

Internal Calls:

If you are calling a Panorama resort phone from another resort phone you only need the last four digits of the phone number.

For example, the phone number for Guest Services is 250-341-3048.  If you are calling internally you only need to dial 3048 to reach Guest Services.

The one exception to this is the IT HelpDesk. To reach the HelpDesk you would dial 333.

Local Calls:

                Format: 5-phone number
                Example: To call Home Hardware you will dial 5-250-342-6908

Long Distance Calls:
Canada/US:
Format: 5-1-phone number

Example: To call Calgary City Hall you will dial 5-1-403-268-2111. When the phone requests the account code you will enter your department's 4 digit code, followed by the # key.
If you do not know your four digit code either speak to your supervisor or contact the HelpDesk
International:
Format: 5-011-(country code)-phone number

Example: To call the UK Home Office you will dial 5-011-44-207-035-4848. When the phone requests the account code you will enter your department's 4 digit code, followed by the # key.
